Peerceptiv is a research-validated peer assessment technology and facilitates upskilling by engaging employees in peer review that integrates seamlessly into daily workflows and leverages collaboration to improve skills. Peerceptiv Peer Assessments allow learners to submit their work and review other peer submissions in the program. Managers have the opportunity to also play a role in the assessment process. This article will show how to view participant progress and give reviews on participants’ work within Peerceptiv.
Log into Peerceptiv
To log into Peerceptiv, you may need to activate your account. If you received an activation email, click the link within that email and follow the instructions to create an account. Once the account is created, you will have access to the course
Alternatively, you can go to the Peerceptiv website (North American programs, EU programs, Asian programs). If your institution uses Google or Microsoft, you can sign in via that option. Otherwise, we recommend using your institution’s email address. Once you are logged in, click on the course name (purple box) and the relevant assignment name.
View Participant Progress
In the assignment dashboard, click the Progress tab on the left-hand side. You will see the list of participants in the course. Click the column titles to sort through the table. You can use the search bar to find a specific learner.
Click a participant’s name to view their progress. You will be able to see the work they submitted, the reviews they sent, and the reviews they received.
Give a Review
Under the participant’s Overview tab, click ‘Write Review’ to give a review. If the submitter’s name is anonymous on the top left of the screen, click on the settings gear icon. Turn off the option ‘Anonymize Student Names for Instructor Grading’, then close the settings box. Enter the appropriate ratings and comments based on the quality of work in that submission. You can click each prompt to view all the rating options. To see the full rubric, click ‘View Rubric’ at the top of the reviewing screen.
When you are done with the review, click ‘Exit’ next to the settings gear icon. Peerceptiv will automatically save your work. Then choose the next student’s work to review and repeat the process.
When you are done, you can logout of Peerceptiv. Click the orange circle profile icon at the top right of the screen and then click Log Out.
