For help accessing Peerceptiv to create an account, please start with this article and then add authentication .
- Log into Peerceptiv.
- Click on the circle icon at the top right of the navy bar and select View Profile.
- Select Manage MFA and then Enable.
How to Use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
If Multi-Factor authentication is turned on automatically for your program or you have enabled in manually, after you enter your email and password you will need to authenticate your account to have access. Open an authenticator app like Authy and scan the QR code. That will generate a six-digit code for you to enter as the Verification Code. Alternatively, you can enter the key into the app to get a Verification Code.
Click Verify to finish the process.
When you log into Peerceptiv in the future, you will need to enter a new six-digit Verification Code that you can find in the authentication app or email yourself a code to use instead.
How to Disable Multi-Factor Authentication
If your organization requires Multi-Factor Authentication, you will not be able to disable it. However, if your organization does not require it, you can turn it off by clicking on the profile icon at the top right corner of the navy bar. Then click View Profile and Manage MFA and Disable MFA.
If you decide to turn it on again at a later time, you will need to set up a new account for it on the authentication app.
