I am logging on from the Peerceptiv website
Logging on from a Course Website (Canvas, Blackboard Brightspace, or other LMS):
If you are using Peerceptiv through an LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, etc.), you must log in through your LMS. If you do not log in through the LMS, you will not see all of your assignments.
- Open Chrome or Firefox, the preferred browsers for Peerceptiv, and make sure they are up to date.
- Check that the browser is set to accept cookies and clear the browser cache. You can only access Peerceptiv if cookies are enabled.
- Log onto your LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, etc.) and go to your course site. Click on the assignment link for the Peerceptiv assignment.
- If you get an error message, please try steps 1-3 using a different device and/or browser. If you have tried two browsers and neither works, please try using a different device or an updated operating system. Operating systems released more than a few years ago may not be supported.
Please contact support@peerceptiv.com if you continue to be unable to access your Peerceptiv assignments through the LMS.
Logging on through the Peerceptiv website:
If you are logging on for the first time, please make sure that you are meeting the requirements for the Password field. Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length, and must contain a lowercase letter, a capital letter, a symbol, and a number.
You also need to use the email issued by your school or organization and check the box that you accept the terms and conditions before you will be able to sign up.
If you have had access to Peerceptiv assignments before, please make sure that you are using the correct email address and password. If necessary, click Forgot Password? and check your inbox (or spam folder) for the password reset email.
You should also use one of Peerceptiv’s preferred browsers, Chrome or Firefox. Make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies and clear the browser cache.
