For people using Peerceptiv as an external learning tool within their course page of their school's Learning Management System, please have the TA/Teacher join your course by clicking the link to any Peerceptiv assignment in the LMS. If the TA has an instructor or TA role in the LMS, then it should transfer to Peerceptiv automatically. If you find that this is not the case, then search for the TA's name on the Student Progress page, click Details, and select Promote to TA/Teacher.
For people using the tool through the Peerceptiv website, enter your course and then click on the Roster/Status page. On the top right side of the page you will see the Add Instructor button. Here, you will enter the teacher/TA information. If you have many teachers or TAs that you need to add, follow the instructions to enter the information into an auto-formatting spreadsheet. If you only have a few teachers or TAs to add, then you can type their identifying information into the box. Use this format: email, first name, last name. See example:

Click on the Upload Teacher List button to save the information and add them to the course.
